4 How can I follow the preparation process of my order?

You can access the current status of your order by clicking on the notification e-mail sent to you after your order is received.

5 How will I be notified when my order is ready?

You will receive a notification e-mail or message after the order is completed.

6 How can I share my prepared video on social media and with people I know?

After the video completed and sent  you, you can download or share it by clicking the download link.

7 If I give up on my order, how is the refund process done?

If your video is not completed and not sent to you, your cancellation request will be received and your transaction will be carried out.

8 How do I request a video ?

You can contact with the stars on their profile page and send your requests.

9 Can I update my request after I already booked a video?

If the video is not complete, you can contact and send your requests.

10 What if I have already been charged, but haven’t received my video yet or How do I contact the Habeshastars team?

11 What payment methods do you accept?
